Who is

Drew Slone?

Drew Slone is a basketball skills coach in Columbus Ohio. During his career he has trained 2 NCAA National Players of the Year, 1 WNBA All Star, and 13 players drafted to the NBA including 6 First Round Picks. In total Drew has trained 19 players that have earned NBA contracts. 

Drew is also a member of Pure Sweat Basketball. He has assisted in on the court workouts in Los Angeles with his mentor Drew Hanlen and several of his clients including Jayson Tatum, Bradley Beal, Joel Embiid, Tyrese Haliburton, and Zach Lavine. 

In addition Drew has run clinics in over 15 cities across the Midwest including Chicago, Cleveland, Cincinnati and Columbus. One of his favorite basketball memories was being a part of the boys basketball coaching staff at Olentangy Liberty High School reaching the State Final 4 in 2019. 

The trust I have in Drew is why I continue to work with him. He has helped enhance my skills on the court, but more important has taken time to build a relationship with me that will go beyond my playing days.
